Baby Jogger® city sway™ 2-in-1 Rocker and Bouncer in Graphite

Quality product- can grow a bit with the child. Can leave child in there secure on the floor for a few minutes so your hands are free while you prepare a bottle, etc. 1 complaint is the toy bar! It does move to different levels so that you can take the baby in and out without having to take the bar off completely, which is nice. However, for the extremely expensive price, the toy/toy bar should 1) have a sturdier connection on the side. It is cheap/flimsy and after a few adjustments, becomes weak. I would worry about baby pulling on it if the toys were lower. 2) However, the toys DO need to be lower so that the baby actually has something to play with and LEARN from, not just look at. They need movement and interaction with their environment! The toys on this product are out of reach, so the child will not look at them for long (in which case, it is pointless for them to even waste material on the toys). The child will get tired and bored easily in the chair without some toys to reach for. Toys should be low enough for the child to reach, interesting enough (texture, crinkly noise, high contrast, etc.) for them to want to play with them. I just attach different toys to the bar, but because they are not made for the product, they slide all over. The bar should be sturdy enough for the child to pull on the toys and not have the bar weaken or bend. All do-able in this price range.

We tried this with my six week old who is about 13 pounds, the vibrate is difficult to use and even the low setting is quite aggressive and was not soothing whatsoever to my son, it also was quite loud as well. The toy bar was very high up and not accessible to him at all and it’s not adjustable either and also falls and comes off easily. Adjusting this is also not easy at all to change its position or to fold back up and put away, it is actually quite a pain. The straps are difficult to strap him in as well, but are secure which is a plus. The bounce and rock feature is not as smooth as my nieces fisher price bouncer which was all around much nicer to use and wound up borrowing ultimately for my son since she outgrew it. Overall I would not recommend this product it’s quite expensive and not worth it at all we tried putting our son in it a handful of times now being hopeful and every time he has hated it. Hopefully this helps anyone looking for a bouncer I would highly suggest to keep looking!

The product was great, then after two months the vibration stopped working. Tried everything to fix it, but still cannot get it work probably.

We received this as a baby shower gift, the price is a little on the expensive , I just wish the straps were easier to use while putting our son in it.

Not comfortable for Little one (LO), they sink/sunk into the seats and not easy to change the position of the bouncer (3 -height levels). The toys hanging are utterly useless, not long enough for babies to reach or at their eye-level.

So my son is a little big for his age - he’s 3 months and 20 lbs. He just started to like this seat but he’s already outgrown the weight limit. Another thing with this seat that’s a little frustrating is the toy bar - I wish they had made it compatible with other arms so you could switch out toys. My baby does love to stare and smile at the giraffe and zebra but it would be nice to put in a toy bar that they can play with as they get a little older. Regardless, for me that’s irrelevant since I have to get rid of it because he’s too big for it already. If I had to do it all again I’d go with the main competitor since they can hold almost 30 lbs of baby and at least that will buy you a little more time with your baby station.

I never thought something so compact could be so helpful! I have a very fussy baby who would cry day and night. The first night I bought this bouncer and put him, it was a miracle! He fell asleep right away. I definitely recommend this to any new parent who wants to save their sanity! We love it so much we even bought one for Grandma's house!
