It's very easy to clean and it's super cute. I flip it over sometimes so the baby has something different to look at. The other side is blocks of alphabet animals. The only thing I don't like about this Mat is how expensive it is and I couldn't use my coupons. Buybuy baby makes it hard to put a coupon through and they dont like it when you put that on reviews

After reading all the good reviews on this play mat, we decided to pick one up from our local buybuy baby store. This play mat is very well cushioned, and the pattern really catches our baby’s attention, she loves doing tummy time on it while looking at all the cute animals, which is super awesome. BUT my biggest concern with this play mat is the STRONG chemical smell, and it rubs on baby’s cloth and skin. I know packaging label stated that the smell will gets better in a few days, however it’s been almost two months now, and we have tired to air it out on the patio, wiping it with wet towel, washing it with water, none have help to make the smell go away... I have noticed that there are a few more recent reviews mentioning the same problem, maybe we got the bad batch??

This is a great mat for the inside of the baby's play area. It's soft enough that she can fall over with no cries (we have it on carpet though fyi). Plus we enjoy sitting in there with her since it's so comfy. We didn't notice any weird smells. It cleans very easily and it also has the cutest animals on it which she loves to look at! There's enough traction for her to maneuver until she's walking.

The mat is very beautiful and it is made of good quality. It is quite thick and will sustain a little baby in the rolling around and trying to sit up and falling over stage. It has a gentle cushion to buffer any little fall.

Love this mat. We had it initially on our laminate floors to protect baby while he learned to crawl. We moved it into baby's room so now it's over his carpet. It's easy to sanitize and keep clean.

We put this play mat out yesterday and my 7 month old son loves it. We have hardwood floors, and the padding on this keeps him safe! This morning he face planted right onto it from a sitting position and didn't even cry. Also.....my kid spits up like it's his job, not to mention the constant flow of drool because he's teething like Crazy. You can just wipe this thing off with a cloth, problem solved. The design is really cute and It feels durable and well made. I will report back if that turns out to not be the case!

The mat itself is nice and almost identical to our much more expensive Ruggish Co mat...but...the print/design is crooked, the alphabet repeats so it makes no sense, and the color scheme was a bit too pink for my taste. I exchanged this for the same mat in a different color/print.
