This is the perfect warmer for the comotomo bottles. The bottles fit great and get baby ready in no time. Some reviewers mention that the warmer overheats the bottles when using the quick warm feature. I enter one ounce less than what is in the bottle to reduce the heating time.
This bottle warmer has features that would be very helpful in theory, however it just isn't designed well. The BIGGEST problem is that the bottle itself gets SO ridiculously hot. The first time using the warmer the bottle was so hot, I had burn marks on my hand. Now, imagine if my baby actually came in contact with this bottle. My husband & I had to run the bottles under cold water just so we could handle holding the bottle. Not exactly what you want to be doing at 2am. Even when I put it on a lower setting, the bottle got ridiculously hot. I got rid of this warmer when my daughter was just a few weeks old because I knew as soon as she would be able to reach for the bottle, this would be a HUGE problem. I couldn't return it to Buy Buy Baby because I didn't have my receipt, so it sits in my cabinet. I won't even give it to a friend it was such a pain to use.

I want to like this machine but the formula is coming out of the bottle and leaking into the reservoir. Calling customer service and hopefully they can sort it out. If they can it's 5 Stars.

The bottle warmer is great but after only using it for 2 months it’s starting to not turn on and it says E5 after every bottle I make even though there is water in the warmer

I like the app but it does take two heating cycles to get it to proper temp. So 8min for steady warm. Haven't tried quick warm yet.
