The same with this product after 3 months the sterilizer stopped working. Cannot use it now.

After 3 weeks of using, machine stopped working. Followed the steps to descale, had to do it multiple times before it worked again. For the price point, it’s not worth the amount of hassle.

We are very sorry to hear this. All our products come with a 1 year limited warranty. Please contact Baby Brezza Customer Care so they can troubleshoot your issue and if they can't resolve it, we'll replace your product for free as long as its under warranty. Please make sure there's sufficient water on the heating plate or else the machine won't turn on. Sorry for the inconvenience but we'll make this right for you..
Rusted within the first few days of using it. Not worth the money.

We're sorry to hear this. What you're experiencing is more than likely mineral scale, not rust. Mineral scale occurs when you use tap/mineral/spring water with any appliance that heats/boils the water. Our Sterilizer boils the water which leaves the minerals behind on the heating plate, and it looks like rust. It's very simple to resolve -- you can use a vinegar/water solution or buy Baby Brezza Descaler to clear the mineral scale. We recommend descaling at least once a month or more frequently if you have hard water.
Work perfectly. Hope to purchase more products in the furture.
