Directions
Shake well. Before first use, twist off cap and remove quality seal. Do not use if seal is broken. Dispense onto a wet washcloth or hand and apply to body. Or pour desired amount under running water, swirl to mix. Lather and rinse.

I used this on a few kids when I nannied. The scent is indeed very calming and helps babies ease into nap/bedtime. It did everything I expected and comes from the trusted line of Aveeno baby products.
