These saved me! During my stay at the hospital after having my lil guy a nurse gave me these because I was in so much pain due to the insane cluster feeding!? Once I got home from the hospital I was frantic to find where to buy them as they only last six days. Thank god for buybuy baby lol I also used earth mama nipple butter with these and even though you have to really rinse it off each time you take them off to feed it’s well worth the extra work. Also, I would designate a little container for them when you’re in between using them because they can get lost easily and attract lint and hair lol I used the little Tucks container I got from the hospital after washing it out. I use these once, when I had some soreness my first week starting to breast-feed. They gave me a little relief. I think it is more prudent to focus on getting a good latch, that doesn’t hurt you. I adjusted her latch and had no soreness I have not required to use these or any other products since. I did place them in the fridge for added relief.

I received these in the hospital from the LC and they are amazing! I searched every where and tried all the other brands and these are hands down the BEST for sore nipples. So glad BBB is selling them now. The cooling and healing properties are a new breastfeeding mother's dream! A MUST for your BFing supplies. The best is that they last for 7 days per packet instructions, but I was able to use them for 2-3 weeks no problem. Unlike the others I tried. Will buy again once my little guy starts teething.
