Easy steps to create and order. I did have a small issue with content that I supplied. When I had realized what I had done, I called customer support and they fixed it immediately for me. Delivery was on time and the product turned out beautifully. My daughter and son-in-law will forever cherish this gift, and my grandson has immediately taken comfort in his new blanket.
