Inserts are great for this little accidents that may occur. Not only that, but it gave extra cushion for my squishy newborn, so I felt like it was the extra padding!

the insert is discolored yellow. Sent email with pictures and you can see a difference next to the mamaroo,and have not had a response since.The insert is very soft.
