Newborn Baby Clothes
All parents want to pick out the best clothes for their newborns. Thankfully, baby clothing doesn’t need to be expensive to be adorable and comfortable for your little one.
Buying Tips for Baby Clothes
When buying clothes for your newborn, be sure to get options in the newborn size range as well as items in the 0-3-month size range. Some newborns emerge from the womb requiring larger clothing. Others may be smaller at first but grow surprisingly fast. Every baby is different, and it's best to have a couple of different sizes to be prepared. We offer a variety of sizes in all the baby outfits we carry, including our selection of newborn hats & caps.
Picking Clothes That Make Life Easier
The best baby clothes are those that are easy to launder when the inevitable spit-ups or diaper blowouts happen. Picking good quality fabrics is important. If baby detergent doesn’t get the stains out, typically using a stain pre-treater on the laundry will work.
Get a Wide Assortment of Clothes
When you are shopping for your little one, you’ll want to get at least a few of each type of baby outfit.
- Onesies - Having at least six onesies is very important because spit-ups and diaper malfunctions happen often. Thankfully, we offer a wide variety of cute onesies for your baby. We also offer basic onesies if you are looking to pair them with other outfits.
- Sleepwear - With sleepwear, it is also best to have at least six of these particular outfits for your baby. Sleepwear, in addition to swaddles and wearable blankets, can be an important part of your baby’s sleep routine.
- Two-piece outfits - As a parent, you’ll want to choose many outfits for your baby, but as a minimum starting point, you should have at least four to five outfits picked out. Picking one really stylish outfit is a good idea when you want to have professional baby photos taken.
- Swaddles or wearable blankets - Be sure to get at least three swaddles & wearable blankets. These are nice because they help your baby sleep warmly and comfortably at night.
