What happens when a bicycle industry maven meets up with an airline mechanic – in 1994 when two guys in California teamed up to create a bike trailer called the "beast of burden", the result was BOB. Time passed and both guys had kids; this inspired them to build a jogging stroller that could fold up to go hiking or off–road – its moniker: the BOB Sport Utility Stroller. The kids grew and so did the business – today the company is part of the Britax family of brands but they still maintain the same rugged spirit of independence and durable versatility that allows parents and children to enjoy the freedom that comes with getting out into the natural world.
