My order was accurate, delivered correctly and on time but I didn't get any coupon or discount for my order.
The manager at the Iselin, NJ location was sooo helpful. We drove a distance to pick up furniture that was impossible to find local to us. This after having an order cancelled for the same piece of furniture in another location. We hit a lot of traffic and some bad weather trying to get to the store prior to closing. Given the delays we were projected to arrive within 10 minutes of their close time. I called to explain and was assured my order would be ready and waiting as would the staff. They did not disappoint! With my original order being cancelled so was my coupon. I quickly explained to the manager what happened and without missing a beat she gladly honored the coupon and processed a credit without hesitation. We had assistance getting the furniture to and loaded on to our truck. Kindness truly does matter. This location shined for me and my family. Through and through a wonderful experience. Thank YOU!!!
The online experience was seamless. The items arrived sooner than expected and the delivery driver was very friendly.
