Shipping & Policies
We currently offer three shipping options within the United States:
Contiguous U.S. Alaska & Hawaii *
1. Standard: 3-8 business days 5-10 business days
2. Expedited: 2-3 business days 4-5 business days
3. Express: 1-2 business days 3-4 business days

The cost for shipping is based upon your total order amount. Use the table below as a quick reference for calculating your shipping charge. (For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii see surcharge fees below).

For APO/FPO addresses, all orders will be shipped via our Standard Service only (Expedited and Express ship methods are currently not available for APO/FPO addresses). Standard delivery timeframes (as noted above) do not apply to APO/FPO shipments. The cost for shipping is based upon your order amount. Please refer to the Standard rates in the table above.

Gift Cards will be shipped at no charge via USPS (United States Postal Service). Expedited Service is available (excluding APO/FPO addresses where Gift Card orders will be shipped via Standard Service) for a flat rate of $5.00.

Please note, at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

buybuy BABY reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.

Baby Registry orders may require additional processing time due to limited item quantities and/or discontinuation of a particular product by a vendor. For more information regarding Baby Registry orders, please see our Registry Policies.

Items Eligible for Free Shipping

Individual products qualifying for Free Shipping will be identified with “Item(s) qualify for Free Standard Shipping”. Your shipping amount total will not reflect items that qualify for free shipping. If you select a shipping method other than the free offer method, shipping charges will apply.

Items Shipped Directly from Vendor

Items identified with “Ships Directly from Vendor” will be sent from the product manufacturer/vendor and will be delivered within 10 business days via standard shipping. We are unable to offer expedited or express shipping for Vendor direct ship items. These items can not be gift packaged. If you have other items in your order you wish to have shipped either as express or expedited, please create a separate order for these items.

Gift Packaging

We offer gift packaging for a nominal fee of $2.99 per order. Items boxed in the manufacturer’s packaging will be wrapped with our buybuy BABY pastel dots wrapping paper and yellow satin ribbon. Other items will be placed in our buybuy BABY pastel dots gift box and tied with our yellow satin ribbon. Please note, oversized items cannot be gift wrapped.

Tracking Your Packages

You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online stores:

Shipping Surcharge

Oversized/ overweight items will require an additional fee for shipping and handling charges, which is listed in the description of the product. Total shipping cost is calculated by adding the shipping surcharge fee to the base shipping cost at check out.

Canceling an Order

You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our center by calling
1-877-3-BUY-BABY (1-877-328-9222). Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policies for easy returns.
