At buybuy BABY your satisfaction is our number one priority. Returns can be made at any of our stores or to our online warehouse. Be sure to read our guidelines below to make your return hassle-free.
Returns With Receipt Dated Within Last 90 Days Items in new condition* returned with original packaging and an original receipt or packing invoice dated within 90 days of purchase will receive a full refund or store merchandise credit for the price paid. Gift packaging, shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
Returns Without Receipt or Returns Over 90 Days Items in new condition* returned with original packaging without an original receipt or packing invoice, or purchased over 90 days ago, will receive a store merchandise credit for the current selling price of the item.
*Formula, Breast pumps and accessories, Maternity Undergarments For the health and safety of our customers, formula is non-returnable and only unopened breast pumps, breast pump accessories and maternity undergarments can be returned.

Returns to Our Online Warehouse
Please follow the steps below to complete your return:
- Please circle the item you wish to return on the bottom copy of your original packing invoice form.
- Choose a reason for return from the back of the invoice and enter its number next to your circled item.
- Provide a telephone number in case we have questions.
- Detach the top copy of the invoice form and keep it for your records. Enclose the bottom copy with the items you are returning.
- Pack your return securely.

- Non-gift returns will receive a refund on the credit card used for purchase. For non-gift returns paid using a gift card, credit will be refunded to the original gift card.

Gifts
For gifts sent back to our online warehouse, we will issue a merchandise credit which can be used in any of our stores. To receive a credit, the recipient's address must match the original shipping address listed on the gift's packing invoice. Please provide the original packing slip included with the shipment so we may expedite this process. If you do not have the original packing invoice, please call us at 1-877-3-BUY-BABY (1-877-328-9222) for assistance in returning buybuy BABY gifts you have received.
Exchanges
Our associates at 1-877-3-BUY-BABY (1-877-328-9222) will be happy to assist you with exchanges or replacements for buybuy BABY items purchased through our online store or received as gifts. For exchanges of mis-sent orders or damaged or defective merchandise, please call 1-877-3-BUY-BABY (1-877-328-9222) for a calltag so that return shipping will be on us. We will credit you for the returned item upon receipt and send you your replacement with no additional shipping charges.
Returns to Our Stores
We gladly accept returns or exchanges at any of our store locations. Please remember to bring the original packing invoice and the credit card used for purchase. Without the original packing invoice and your credit card, you may receive an exchange or merchandise credit. Purchases using a Gift Card will be refunded as a merchandise credit.
